Family Camp Evangelist

Biography

Rock Pifer, along with his wife Sherri, are both ordained elders in the Free Methodist Church. Appointed to the Emporium / Austin FMC’s, in 1995; then opening an additional small independent, rural church, “Gardeau Community” in 1996.

Prayer

Rock and Sherri were both heavily involved in the College of Prayer International when it began in 1997. In 2006, Rock, accompanied by Sherri and their son Luke, traveled to Norway, speaking to College of Prayer groups in several different Norwegian cities; Stavanger, Drammen, Kongsberg, and Nottoden. A second trip to Norway in 2009, took Rock to the town of Skien, for similar teachings on prayer.

Missions

Rock has also traveled to Haiti on several occasions, both to preach, and to help build churches near Carrefour, and Jacmel.

Evangelism

In February of 2016, Rock and Sherri asked regional leadership to release them from Pastoral Ministry to pursue their calling to evangelism. Since then, serving mostly the Keystone Conference Churches, that may need extra support, and also various Family Camps, Women’s Retreats, and special evangelistic gatherings, Rock and Sherri have traveled over 36,000 miles, sharing messages from New Mexico to Northern New York.

Worship Leader

Brett Heintzman currently serves the FMCUSA in two roles. First, he is the Director of Communications, overseeing the denomination's publishing, websites, email communication, magazine, Yearbook, and graphic design. Second, he is the Director of the National Prayer Ministry, giving direction to national prayer initiatives. In previous ministry roles, Brett has been a worship leader for over 20 years and enjoys leading others in lifting their voices in praise and worship.  Brett and his wife Barb live in Flint, Michigan and look forward to serving the Pleasantville Camp as worship leaders for 2025.

Youth Pastor

Hello! We are Eric and Sarah Brown! We've been married for 11 years and have 3 kids; Eden, Elijah, and Lucas.

Our time together began when I (Eric) joined leadership at the Youngsville Free Methodist youth group about 13 years ago. We have since had various missions and street evangelism experience, and served on the Keystone Conference Youth Ministry Team for several years before relocating to Texas for a 2 year ministry school. Now we're back home, and I am currently serving as Associate Pastor at Youngsville Free Methodist. Life with Jesus has been an amazing journey for our family and we love Him so much!

Our heart and passion is to help equip this generation to step into the fullness of the identity that Jesus purchased for us on the cross. We believe that our only mission is to make way for the Holy Spirit to minister to each individual soul as He sees fit and simply enjoy watching Him flick the light switch in people's hearts as they realize the power of the love of Christ for them!
